Dena Lyons is an artist you won’t forget easily. Her paintings are as expressive as the American beauty can be herself in the right audiance.
She opened her art exhibiton this month at cafe Quai des Artistes the harbour of Monaco. The paintings are about trees, but even more about feelings. The colours will really get to you when standing in front of the masterpieces.
Before this art project, Dena Lyons was working on portraits, what are quite interesting as well. You can see she got really inspired by the France and Monaco.
The exhibition will travel to America in october and we advice you to see it. She can become the next big thing!

Psy is as crazy as LMFAO
Psy is a singer from Korea (guess wich one of the two) who has been popular since 2001. His real name is Park Jae Sang and he is known for his exciting and theatric stage performances. The guy has won every imaginary award you can get in Korea. You can even say he is the Korean version of LMFAO, dressing crazy, having crazy lyrics, but still making very good music to dance on.
His new hit Gangnam Style (it`s gone viral, already watched more then 27 million times on youtube) is so catchy that it even has a chance to get popular in Europe and America. Psy dances like an horserider and it`s really funny, can`t wait to see people dance like this in the clubs! We hope so, finally some poppy influence from the far East!!

Allthough some woman atletes look kinda manly, they still are feminin. No makeup, no dresses, so the only thing to distingues yourself is nailpolish!
The Olympic Village has a veritable pop art nail studio perched and the atletes are taking good advantage of that. The sportswomen have a choice of 207 designs, but most are going for the flag that they represent.

Italy has taken over the world!! Well, if it comes to coffee. In the old days, the French would drink their coffee in the morning out of a big bowl. The one normal people use for soupe. They would even dip their baguette in it, or some chocolate. But time changes. And so even the most chauvinistic people on the world can change their habite after some marketing.
Nowadays they choose Senseo or Nespresso. Both expensive coffees that come in mini doses. But I’m predicting that won’t last long anymore, bye bye Nespresso, bye bye Senseo.
Bring back the old fashion coffeemachine I say with the big mugs! I need a large splash of coffee in the morning to wake up, not a tiny lousy almost cold expensive marketingdrink.

We don`t like this!
A few years ago, some companies decided it was cool make everything sprayable. So suddenly we got sunscreen that we can spray, oil for your bike and even oil & vinegar.
But please restaurants, stop thinking it`s cool! The bottles are always dirty, you never get the liquid where you want it to be and it looks cheap. Not like a good oil from Italie, but just a 1 dollar product. I would`t mind if somebody had it at home, but if I`m having dinner in a fancy restaurant, I would like to get quality for my money. So bring back the glass bottles and stop with all the fancy stuff from 10 years ago.

El Oorbel
Twee meiden van GTST bedachten dat je in plaats van twee oorbellen, ook één megaversierd kan dragen. Een regelrechte trend, maar wel lastig voor ouders, want de krengen (en dan bedoel ik de oorbellen) zijn megaduur. Via hun website Kuise Meisjes (kots kots) betaal je minstens 28 euro + verzendkosten voor de zelfgeknutselde oorbel. Natuurlijk gaan mensen dat namaken voor ‘een leuker prijsje‘ en daar worden de verwende soapsterretjes dan weer boos over in plaats van vereerd. Een beetje dom van de meiden, want je zou toch moeten weten dat jonge meisjes meteen iets namaken of jatten als ze iets niet kunnen betalen. Jatten gaat wat moeilijk van een website, dus dan maar aan de slag met een oude oorbel uit de jaren ’80 van je moeder en wat bloemetjes. Dus Gigi en Marly, stel je niet aan en laat de kids lekker knutselen.

Lavalampen zijn zooo jaren negentig, maar ook zo gaaf. Op een gegeven moment had iedereen zo’n warme gloed in huis, maar helaas verzon iemand dat de dingen konden ontploffen en over was de trend. Ze waren ook wel een beetje duur. Inmiddels zijn ze een stuk goedkoper en uniek, want ze staan niet meer op iedere studentenkamer. Een goede retrokoop!

Slim bedrijf brengt energiedrink onder de naam Tigerblood uit
Acteur Charlie Sheen is de weg een beetje kwijt. Hij twittert als een gek, neukt hoeren, raakte zijn baan kwijt en drinkt naast te veel alcohol zogenaamd tijgerbloed. Een slim bedrijf in Amerika brengt nu een energiedrankje onder de naam Tigerblood op de markt. Als je er net zo gestoord van wordt als de acteur, dan sla ik deze ronde even over.

Hondenbont (uit China?)
Kijk naar de schoenen
Schoenen met bont worden het helemaal deze winter. Koeienbont, nepbont en echt bont sieren onze stappers. Lekker warm, origineel en luxe stralen de schoenen uit. Helaas vatten sommigen de trend verkeerd op en trekken schoenen met koeienprint, tijgerprint of zebra aan. Niet doen! Gewoon een schoen met hak en een bontje is genoeg.
